Terms of Service
The terms governing use of The Wire services.
These terms are intended to explain the basic conditions for using The Wire. They should be read alongside our server rules and any additional terms presented by third-party services used by The Wire.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using The Wire website, FiveM server, Discord community, or related services, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and our published server rules. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Community & Server Rules
Players are expected to follow The Wire rules and staff instructions. The rules apply to gameplay, Discord, websites, support interactions, and other official community spaces where applicable.
Accounts & Access
You are responsible for activity associated with your accounts and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may restrict or remove access where necessary to protect the community, our services, or other users.
Store & Purchases
Digital products, packages, currencies, subscriptions, and other purchases are subject to the terms shown at checkout and any applicable third-party payment or store-provider terms. Virtual items have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise.
Content & Conduct
You must not use our services to harass others, distribute unlawful or harmful material, exploit bugs, cheat, interfere with the service, or otherwise abuse the community or its systems.
Changes & Availability
We may update these terms, change features, modify the server, or temporarily suspend services when reasonably necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer
The Wire is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will remain unchanged.
If you have questions about these terms, please contact the team through our official Discord or via email at info@the-wire.uk.
